Diet Plan: 3 important tips

Most of the people are worried about their fat intensities. We think many things like, what needs to be done to reduce weight? Which foods reduce weight? How do we start dieting? etc. There are many people who do not eat at night to reduce weight. But there is wrong idea about it because the supper helps a lot to reduce body weight. Giving up the supper can cause impairment of health also. So follow a diet chart rather than giving up your supper and reduce weight quickly.

DIET PLAN - 1: Those who prefers foods like Rice



Some people conceive that those who eats rice can never reduce their weight. This kind of thought totally erroneous. Having rice in a moderate amount helps to lose weight. You can follow this given chart also:
  • 1 Cup of Rice: The amount of Rice must be 1 cup. Not more than that anyway.
  • 1 Piece of Fish or Meet: One medium sized piece of fish or meat helps to fulfil the need of protein in the body.
  • 1 Cup of Vegetables: Try to keep this in your Diet chart. Cause it greatly reduces fat.
  • 1 Cup of Peas: It helps to reduce fat and gives nutrition alongside.
  • 1 Fruit or Yogurt: Try to take a Banana or an Apple or an Orange after finishing your meal. These fruits help to reduce fat. And 1/4 cup of Yogurt also. Because it helps digestion.

DIET PLAN - 2: Those who prefers foods like Bread



Those people can not or do not want to eat rice at night can follow this chart:
  • 2/3 thin Wheat Bread: The Bread must be made by Flour. It would be much better if it is Red Flour. But Loaf won't work. Because it increase weight.
  • 1/2 Cup of Vegetables: You can take Low-Oil or Oil free Fried Vegetables with Bread.
  • 1/2 of Glair: Egg is a very good source of protein. There are small amount of calories in Glair. So, you can take 1/2 of Glair.
  • 1/2 Fruit or Yogurt: Take anyone among Bananas, apples or oranges. Can also take 2/3 tablespoon of Yogurt.

DIET PLAN - 3: For the most rapid weight loss



This chart is very effective for fast weight loss:
  • Half a cup of high-fiber Corn flakes: It helps to reduce weight but it has to be Sugar free. If you can not eat this without sugar, but you can use honey also.
  • 1 Cup of Butter without Milk: Butter without Milk has very low amount of Calorie.
  • Fruit: Eat more fruit at night. Try to keep this in your Diet chart. Especially the Banana and Green Apple. It helps a lot to reduce fat.
Mix all this and eat. You can eat a handful of nuts also.
